Jones Apparel Signs Fragrance Deal With Inter Parfums
Jones Apparel Group Inc. entered an agreement with Inter Parfums Inc. to develop women’s fragrances under the Nine West brand.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. Under the agreement, Firmenich—a fragrance-design company—will create the initial Nine West fragrance for Inter Parfums and Jones. That product is expected to launch in the fall of 2011 in “better department stores, specialty retailers and Nine West retail stores,” Jones said.
