Want easy and simple vegan recipes? This is a great site for vegans who don’t consider themselves skilled cooks but want to try creating delicious meals on their own. The dishes on The Vegan 8 has an emphasis on using only 8 ingredients per recipe, not including salt, pepper, and water. All the recipes are also allergy-friendly and oil-free.
Isa Chandra is the creator of Post Punk Kitchen, a fun and vibrant blog where you’ll still find her old vegan recipes. Isa is the bestselling author, or coauthor of the hit books Isa Does It, Veganomicon, Vegan with a Vengeance, and many other titles. Her new site has all the old PPK recipes and so many new ones.

The Fat Free Vegan site makes searching for recipes for super easy thanks to its categories on the left-hand side of the homepage. We’re talking about a massive collection of recipes. The database has about 1200 recipes and counting.
You’ll find categories like Blog Recipe of the Week, Featured Recipes, Holiday, Meat Substitutes, among familiar categories such as breakfast, snacks, and desserts. Susan also keeps all her old recipes in her personal recipe blog, FatFree Vegan Kitchen. We should also mention that each dish is photographed beautifully!
